◆ Product Details

Medical roll is a wide continuous roll base material made of medical-grade raw materials (such as spunbond non-woven fabric, SMS composite non-woven fabric, polyethylene PE film, polyurethane PU film or its multi-layer composite structure). It is usually supplied in rolls with a width of 50cm-320cm and a length of 50m-200m.。The product has a clean surface, no fluorescent agent, no odor, and excellent physical properties and biological safety. It can be used as a base material for terminal medical devices or protective equipment, and is widely used in medical consumables manufacturing and hospital infection prevention and control systems.。

◆ Product Performance

High barrier performance: waterproof, anti-penetration of blood/body fluids (hydrostatic pressure ≥20cmH₂O, some parts reach AAMI Level 3–4);

Good breathability: especially SMS non-woven fabrics, which combine comfort and protection;

Low lint (no lint): avoid particles contaminating surgery or clean environment;

Flexible and durable: tear-resistant, puncture-resistant, adaptable to cutting and sewing processes;

Good biocompatibility: meets the basic requirements of ISO 10993 or GB/T 16886, and has no cytotoxicity;

Sterilizable and compatible: resistant to ethylene oxide (EO), gamma ray or high-temperature steam sterilization (depending on the material);

Dimensional stability: The web has uniform tension and is suitable for high-speed cutting and die-cutting on automated production lines.。

◆ Notes

Non-sterile rolls are only used for subsequent processing and cannot be used for direct contact with patients or for aseptic operations;

Check whether there are stains, holes, odor or moisture before use. Abnormal batches are prohibited from use;

When storing, keep away from oil, chemicals, sharp objects and strong light sources to prevent material aging or damage;

The processing environment should comply with clean workshop standards (such as Class 100,000) to avoid cross-contamination;

Sterilized products must be used within the validity period and shall not be used for sterile instrument packaging or surgical purposes after the expiration date;

Storage conditions: cool and dry place, temperature 5℃～30℃, relative humidity ≤80%;

As a raw material for medical devices or a component of Class I medical devices, this product must be managed in accordance with the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Medical Devices" and is strictly prohibited for non-medical purposes (such as food contact, children's toys, etc.)。
